When you connect your Gmail inbox, MyCleark automatically analyses the emails received over the past 30 days and recommends the most suitable plan. If your inbox is new or lightly used, the starting plan is adjusted accordingly.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, from your dashboard. The change is immediate and the prorated amount is calculated automatically for the current period. No support contact required.

What happens if I exceed my monthly volume?

Your dashboard displays your consumption in real time. You will receive an alert when you are approaching your limit. The service is not interrupted: you are simply prompted to upgrade to the next plan from your dashboard.

Are prices tax-inclusive?

Yes, all displayed prices include all applicable taxes (VAT included). No extra amount is added at checkout. An invoice is issued automatically at each renewal and can be downloaded from your dashboard.

Yes. Each inbox is managed independently, with its own plan and options. You'll find all your inboxes in a single dashboard, with billing detailed per inbox.

Yes. Each option (Calendar, Daily Digest, Weekly Digest) is independent and billed per connected email inbox. You freely choose what suits you for each inbox, and you can activate or deactivate any option at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

From your dashboard, under the "Subscription" section, in one click. No support contact required. Your access remains active until the end of the already-billed period.

What should I do with priority labels?

Priority labels (To follow, Important, Critical, Urgent) flag emails waiting for your action. Once an email is handled - replied to, archived or deleted - remove the label to keep your inbox readable. If an email stays labelled without you touching it for more than 3 months, MyCleark removes the label automatically.

When does MyCleark process my emails?

Every evening at 11:59 pm, MyCleark runs the daily triage of your emails: all messages received during the day are analysed, categorised, and scored by priority. Your Gmail labels are updated accordingly. The daily digest is then generated and sent straight away, right after the sort, so it is already waiting in your inbox the moment you open it.

Where can I find my reports after 3 days?

Your digests stay in your inbox for 3 days so you can easily consult them. After that delay, they are automatically archived in the Gmail label MyCleark/Reports, where you can find them at any time.

Yes. In each digest, every listed email is clickable: one click opens the original email directly in Gmail, so you can reply, archive or take whatever action you see fit.

Can anyone read my emails?

Accepted Answer

No, never. No member of the MyCleark team - not support, not developers - can access the content of your emails. Only the AI processes them, fully automatically and without any human intervention. The AI analyses and sorts, then the results are stored securely to generate your daily and weekly digests. Your emails are never readable by a human, never sold, never shared, and never used for anything other than your personal organisation.

Are my data encrypted and secure?

Yes. All communications between your Gmail, our servers and the AI travel over HTTPS, a standard encryption protocol that makes data unreadable to anyone who might intercept it. Access to your Gmail is done exclusively through Google's official API (OAuth2): your Google password is never transmitted to us. An OAuth authorisation token is stored securely on our servers to maintain the connection to your Gmail. You can revoke this access at any time directly from your Google account, without contacting us.

Is my data hosted in Europe?

Yes. All your data - analyses, results, digests - is hosted exclusively in Europe (European Union), in compliance with GDPR. This includes the AI that analyses your emails, whose servers are also located in Europe. No data is transferred to servers outside the EU.

Question 15

Why do I have to reconnect my Gmail account after a long pause?

This is a Google security rule, not a MyCleark decision. Google automatically invalidates an application's access authorisation if the application has not used it for 6 months. As long as MyCleark sorts your emails every evening, the authorisation is renewed on each run and you have nothing to do. If your subscription is paused, however, MyCleark no longer accesses your mailbox and the 6-month countdown starts. We warn you by email 30, 15, 7, 3 and then 1 day(s) before the deadline. If the deadline passes, Google revokes the access and you simply reconnect your mailbox from your dashboard - your data and settings are preserved.

What is history processing?

When you connect your Gmail inbox, MyCleark starts processing your emails from that day forward. Your older emails remain unprocessed, unless you opt for history processing: MyCleark then goes back in time and organises your entire inbox in one go. It's a one-time purchase (not a subscription), available only with an annual plan.
