All elements making up the MyCleark website and service (interfaces, texts, source code, logos, illustrations, visual identity) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of AL1FO SNC. Any reproduction, communication to the public or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

MyCleark is a trademark for which an application has been filed with the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP). Unauthorised use of the sign, name or logo by a third party may constitute infringement.

4. Hosting and data location

The website and user data are hosted exclusively on infrastructure located within the European Union. Processors and transfers are detailed in the privacy policy.
